The Health & Well-being Hub was founded in Logan Central by Kholoud Abdalla to serve Brisbane’s Arabic-speaking, Somali, Afghan and Ethiopian communities: families who often struggle to find an NDIS provider who understands their language, faith and culture.
Running a provider means a lot of work that isn’t time with participants. Rosters that change at 7am. Plans that arrive by email. Invoices that have to be right. Timesheets to check before anyone gets paid. We started building H&W Hub to take that work off our own team, so more of our day goes to the people we support.
It worked well enough that other providers started asking about it. H&W Hub is that same tool, opened up to providers like us.
