H&W Hub replaces your rostering software and keeps your accounting software. It earns its place twice: the subscription you cancel, and the hours of invoicing, pay checks and compliance chasing it takes off your office every week.
A provider with 3 office staff and 20 support workers is on Growth: $349 a month, or $297 a month paid annually. With per-login pricing at $15 a user, the same 23 people would cost $345 a month before any AI.
Who counts as a support worker?
Anyone who logs in with the support worker role. They only see their own shifts, expenses and documents, so they cost far less than an office seat. Need more than your plan includes? It’s $3 a worker a month.
What’s an office seat?
A login for the owner, operations or marketing roles. Extra office seats are $39 a month each.
Do I still need ShiftCare and Xero?
Not ShiftCare. H&W Hub does the rostering, timesheets, notes, incidents and staff checks, and we import your ShiftCare data when you join. Keep Xero, or MYOB, for your accounts. Invoices and pay runs go into it as drafts.
Is the assistant extra?
No. The assistant is included for everyone on every plan. There are no per-message charges.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Starter or Growth. On Pro and larger plans, guided onboarding, where we do the import and setup with you, is optional and quoted up front.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Once your tools are connected you get 14 days to use it with your real week before your first bill.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Annual plans are billed once a year at a 15% discount.
