These terms cover your use of this website, thehealthwellbeinghub.io, run by The Health & Well-being Hub (ABN 91 643 237 045). Using H&W Hub as a customer is covered by a separate written agreement.

The website and live demo

• The live demo uses made-up sample data. Riverbend Care and the people in it are not real.
• Don’t enter real participant, staff or financial information into the demo.
• The demo is there to show how H&W Hub works. It doesn’t connect to any real accounts, and nothing in it pays, sends or changes anything outside the demo.

Information on this website

We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but it’s general information about our product. It isn’t advice about NDIS funding, eligibility or what a participant’s plan covers.

Intellectual property

The content, design and software on this website belong to us or our licensors. Product names such as ShiftCare, Xero, Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok belong to their owners and are used only to describe what H&W Hub connects to.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of this website or the demo.
