Built by people who handle participant information every day.
We hold real people’s health and disability information in our own business. H&W Hub is built the way we need it to work: the assistant prepares, a person decides.
This is what every change looks like.
Press No and nothing happens. Press Yes and it still needs the code from your phone. In this demo the code is 246810.
Pick a role.
Each person only sees what their role needs. The owner approves every role, and only the owner can change one.
Nothing changes without your yes
Anything that pays, sends, schedules, approves or edits a record is read back to you first. Nothing happens until you press Yes.
Payments need your phone
Every payment, one or a whole pay run, needs a code from the owner’s phone. Only the owner can ever pay, and that can’t be shared.
Roles set what people see
People choose a role when they join and the owner approves it. Support workers only ever see their own shifts and the people on them.
Logins stay with each platform
You sign in on Google’s, Xero’s or Meta’s own page. H&W Hub never sees those passwords. Keys you paste, like the one for a ShiftCare import, are stored encrypted and hidden after saving.
Everything is logged
Every action, by the assistant or a person, goes in the activity log with the time. Most changes can be undone straight after.
Clinical details get sign-off
Changes to a participant’s clinical or risk details are proposed first and signed off by a person before they’re saved.
Your records, kept carefully.
Participant records, notes and documents are stored in H&W Hub once you move across. Every change to a record is logged, and changes to clinical or risk details are signed off by a person first.
Tools you keep, like Xero and Gmail, stay where they are. H&W Hub reads them when it needs to do a job and writes back only what you approve. You can disconnect any of them at any time from Connections.
Leaving? You can export everything, any time.
