This policy explains how The Health & Well-being Hub (ABN 91 643 237 045) (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, thehealthwellbeinghub.io, and through enquiries about H&W Hub. • Details you give us when you request a demo or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, role, team size, the tools you use and anything you write in your message.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as pages viewed and the website that referred you.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
• To send you information about H&W Hub that you’ve asked for.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

Where it’s stored

Enquiry details are stored with our database provider and email provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.

The demo on this website

The live demo uses made-up sample data. Please don’t enter real participant or personal information into it.

Using H&W Hub as a customer

If your business uses H&W Hub, how participant and staff information is handled is covered by your agreement with us. We’ll walk you through it before you start.
